The 2026 Gay Softball World Series will welcome thousands of athletes, fans, and visitors to Columbus for a week-long celebration of competition and community. With games, ceremonies, and social events happening across multiple venues, vendors have a unique opportunity to engage directly with a highly active and diverse audience.

From high-traffic tournament fields to marquee events like Opening and Closing
Ceremonies, vendor activations provide strong visibility, direct sales opportunities, and meaningful brand engagement throughout the week.

Vendor Locations & Opportunities

  • Opening Ceremonies – Monday August 31, 2026

        High attendance, kickoff celebration with strong brand exposure

  • ·Tournament Fields – Tuesday September 1 – Saturday September 5, 2026

        Daily access to players and spectators throughout the week

  • Player Check-In – Sunday August 30 – Monday August 31, 2026

        Early engagement with all participating teams

  • Closing Ceremonies – Saturday September 5, 2026

        Championship atmosphere with peak attendance

Vendor Requirements & Guidelines

  • Vendors are responsible for setup, teardown, and staffing
  • 10x10 is the average vendor space, larger spaces may be additional cost
  • All vendors must comply with local health, safety, and permitting requirements
  • Tents, Tables, Chairs, Electricity and special requests must be arranged in advance
    (additional fees may apply)
  • Liability insurance may be required for participation
